Flat Iron
Loft II

After more than two decades in business, we occasionally get the rare privilege of revisiting our own work. This Flatiron Historic District loft was one of our projects back in 2013, and recently, we were invited back by a new resident for an update. This time, the scope was ambitious: a full kitchen gut-renovation and reconfiguration, major changes to the primary bath, the addition of an entirely new bathroom, and refreshed lighting and finishes throughout.

It was gratifying to see that the hall and dressing millwork we designed last time still looked great and functioned perfectly—and needed only a fresh coat of paint. Maybe that’s a task for our next renovation… whenever that may be.
