Following the success of three retail shops for Carhartt W.I.P. in the U.S. we were excited to embark on the renovation of an 8,000 SF office for the iconic brand in a landmark building in Soho. Completed in association with Milan-based architect Andrea Caputo, the space was designed to double as a showroom with coffee bar and lounge area.

The open plan layout maximizes the use of natural light and employs a mix of industrial and refined materials including zinc panels, concrete masonry, cement fiberboard, specialty glass office fronts and custom furniture. Suspended linear and focused track lighting allows for endless display flexibility. A new climate control system is concealed above a custom metal mesh ceiling to emphasize the simple modern lines of the design and put greater focus on the displays.
