This Greenpoint Townhouse was made-to-order for two curators of performance art as a home and hub for visiting artists from around the world. The project, designed by Senior Architect, Ula Bochinska in association with Joana Torres from Oficina Design, integrates natural materials and sustainable features such as rooftop solar panels, waste water management and wall insulation recycled from blue jeans. Beautiful unique interior finishes include reclaimed elm floors, kitchen cabinets made of pine found in the house, Moroccan plaster and encaustic cement tile.
