Lobby (for) Progress

This was a nice little exercise in preservation. Working with a limited budget, the client wanted to upgrade the lobby of a hundred year old UWS building. Retaining as much as possible, we created a curved niche for larger mailboxes, upgraded the lighting, developed a palette of paint colors to highlight existing detail, upgraded the entry and just all around made the place nicer. It's still in process, but we're getting there.
